Director's Statement

The Weight of Waiting is a meditation on time, memory, and self-imposed pressure told through ritual, movement, and the act of dressing. somewhere between memory and reality, past and future, a limbo of whispers, unanswered messages, and the weight of trying to become something. this piece came from a fragile place, a period of looking inward and truly feeling the weight of creating, of waiting, and of being present with myself.
